- Visit your building site for assessment purposes
- Present designer with your requirements and lot specifications for construction drawings
- Create construction specification sheet to identify your home’s products and features
- Review, refine, and finalize construction drawings
- Presentation of updated budget based on finalized drawings
- Client approval of budget, specification sheet, plans and contract

- Drawings submitted to local municipal authority for permit purposes
- Construction schedule created
- Supplier visits for product selection
- Determine start date
- Obtain development and building permits
- Begin construction

- Follow a progressive schedule to ensure your home is delivered on time.
- Meet with you on a regular basis to refine material selections and details
- Keep you informed of decision timelines
- Maintain contact with you to provide updates regarding construction and to ensure you are satisfied with the design direction!
- Schedule multiple walk-through meetings. We will be on site almost every day.

- Prior to possession
,we will take you on a walk-through to provide an orientation and information on required maintenance and/or upkeep. - Upon possession of your new Metro home, you can take comfort in knowing that we are dedicated to providing service with the same attention to detail that you experienced during your home’s construction.
- We make ourselves available to answer and address any issues or questions that may arise.
- We provide you with a one-year builder’s warranty as well as a five-year structural warranty, facilitated through “Blanket Home Warranty”, to ensure your investment is fully protected.
